We prepare custom workplace accommodation requests to advocate for your needs.

Here’s how we help.

  • Fill out the "Start My Request" form and we’ll connect you to one of our advocates.

An expert will talk one-on-one with you about your medical and employment history, what kind of reasonable accommodation would best support your needs, and what your next steps are.

  • Our advocates will prepare a customized plan tailored to your needs.

This package is what you can submit to your employer:

    1. Templated Doctor’s Note: A professionally crafted template to ensure your medical documentation clearly supports your accommodation request.

    2. Personalized Request: A detailed request letter from our team to your human resources department and manager outlining your accommodation needs and the legal basis for your request.

    3. Rights Breakdown: A clear explanation of your rights as an employee, which can be shared with your employer to ensure they understand their obligations to you.

    4. Accommodation Request Strategy: Personalized advice on how to present your accommodation request to maximize the likelihood of approval.

    5. Supportive Documentation: Additional resources and documents that may strengthen your case, such as examples of similar accommodations granted in your industry.

  • Send the request we prepare for you off to your employer.

Once your employer accepts your request and agrees to accommodate you, our work is done!

  • Our one-time fee for your consultation, full accommodation request package, and appeal is $249.

If your employer rejects your initial request, we'll file an appeal on your behalf. If they reject that too, we refund every penny.

  • If your employer rejects your request and our appeal, you may have a legal case.
